A CIP shall have a minimum of one (1) Fleet tour in the E-2C, have (800) flying hours in the E-2C or the C-2A aircraft. Bachelor's degree required. <br>

A candidate for selection as a Flight Simulator Pilot Instructor must possess an ATPC and have a minimum of 500 hours as a pilot in command or 2000 hours as second in command of a large multi-engine jet or turboprop aircraft; or 1000 hours as pilot in command of a high performance single or multi-engine jet fighter type aircraft.

The pilot is required to have successfully completed an approved training program with a Multi-Engine Land and passed an FAA check ride before flying as Pilot In Command on patient missions.

Serves as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of assigned Unmanned Air Vehicle(s) (UAV).
